Eligibility & Timeline
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used personal care products

• Gift cards

• Promotional items

Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and verified:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Return shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only applicable for:

• Damaged products

• Defective products

• Incorrectly shipped items

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos to process the exchange.
